Fundraising update

I have so much news to share with you and I am just sorry because at the moment I am pulled in so many different directions that it's hard to find the time to write the stories and share them as they happen. But we are making great progress and over the next few days I will aim to share with you some of what has been happening. We are out there helping the communities who depend upon their donkeys and horses and in the process working on the hearts and minds of the children who so often treat their donkeys like toys – to be used, too often abused and discarded when they get bored…

I am so happy to be able to say that, thanks to the wonderful generosity of some of our supporters we have managed already to raise £1640 on our Go Fund Me page! We are truly grateful to all those who have so kindly helped us, please know what a tremendous difference you will be making to the lives of these dear, hard-working, neglected animals.
If you or anybody you may know would like to contribute to our vital work please let us know - we will be eternally grateful for your support.

You may recall our appeal for the land we had found in a nearby Arab village –
Operation Help the Donkeys, Educate the Children.

As an initial outlay, that specific appeal is for £2400 and the £1640 raised so far is enough for us to be able to pay a deposit to secure that ideal little site for our work. However, aside from the monies raised on Go Fund Me, I am so delighted to say that we have just had a very substantial, generous donation from a dear supporter, who wishes to remain anonymous. This wonderful contribution is now enabling us to go ahead with the process of renting the land for two years and buying the poly tunnel shelters that are on site. And so we will soon be able to start putting our all new missions into full action! We are determined to work as hard as we can to continue my life's work and we are all committed to helping these animals.

Of course, in order to be able to sustain and continue our work and make progress we will be relying on continued financial support. So we appeal to everybody who feels they would be able to help our work by making a donation, however small, please support us and by doing so join us on our unique and meaningful journey…

As well as the new venture above, I will soon be sharing more news about our parallel projects in the Palestinian town of Qalqilya and the nearby Bedouin encampment of Al Razaz!
